Bei Absage ohne Ersatz fällt eine Stornopauschale an: bis 30 Tage vor Beginn 50 %, 29–15 Tage 75 %, ab 14 Tagen oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 %. Können wir den Platz zum vollen Preis neu vergeben, erstatten wir den Betrag abzüglich 10 % Bearbeitungsgebühr (mind. 50 €). Dir bleibt der Nachweis vorbehalten, dass uns kein oder ein geringerer Schaden entstanden ist. Verbraucher:innen haben ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht, die Belehrung findest du hier.
